Major applications within the city

For information on major applications read the major applications within the city.

Large scale major applications are defined as 200 residential units or more, or where the number of units is not given in the applications, a site area of four hectares or move. For all other uses where the proposed floor space is 10,000 square metres or more, or the site area is two hectares or more.
