There are many swimming and paddling pools in Cambridge, most of which are owned by us, but are managed on our behalf by our leisure management partner Sport and Leisure Management Ltd.

Some rules for the pools
To improve your swim and enhance the quality of the water, we ask that you:
- shower before you swim
- read and obey all signs
- make yourself familiar with all pool depths
- follow the lifeguard's instructions at all times
- wear a buoyancy aid and stay within safe standing water depth if you are a non or weak swimmer
- you do not eat a meal or drink alcohol prior to your swim
- ensure that any long hair is tied back at all times whilst swimming
Under 8s must be accompanied by someone over 18 or a parent or guardian, with a maximum of two children per adult.
Chesterton Sports Centre
The Chesterton Sports Centre swimming pool is not owned by us.
It offers a full range of swimming sessions and lessons and is fully accessible to all users.
