Can my rent change?

Although your rent is fixed for a time, there are circumstances in which it may change

Insuring the contents of your home is your responsibility, but this can be paid through your rent

Housing Benefit may be available to you if you are on a low income

Rent can be paid by Direct Debit, online, in person, by phone or direct from your salary

You should contact us immediately if you find it hard to pay your rent

Not all of the services that we are able provide are included in your rent

It is very important that you pay your rent on time
