We are always very keen to hear your views about the city council and the services we run. We do this in many ways such as:
- through surveys
- through open forums at our area committee meetings
- through our work with council tenants
- through the complaints and compliments we receive
- through a variety of types of consultations
We use this information to inform decisions about how we can improve our services and how we should prioritise some services over others.
Our approach to consultation and community engagement is set out in our Code of Best Practice on Consultation and Community Engagement.
Our Medium Term Strategy sets out how we will prioritise and pay for services into the future. The Medium Term Strategy was informed by a survey of residents' views about the services that should be a high priority and those that are of a lower priority.
Contact details are provided on each consultation page. For further information about consultations, email David Kidston, Strategy and Partnerships Manager, at david.kidston@cambridge.gov.uk or telephone 01223 457043.
