Home and Housing options

Information for disabled people on available home-help services and other housing information

Cambridge City Council offers a range of services to people who find it hard to cope at home.

We can help with refuse collection if you have trouble moving your bins, or the Green Fingers service can help you to keep your garden tidy.

As well as this we can provide advice and assistance if you need to make any adaptations to your home, such as adding a rail or bannister, and Home Aid can help with planning and funding larger alterations, for instance building a ramp for wheelchair access or installing a level-access shower.
