Cambridge City Council believes in the dignity of all people and their right to respect and equality of opportunity, and is committed to promoting equal opportunities for disabled people.
The Council has drafted its first Disability Equality Scheme, drawn up with the involvement of disabled groups and individuals from the city, and this is available from us in different formats.

Cambridge City Council wants disabled people who live in Cambridge or who visit the city to have full access to services and facilities and to enjoy being a part of Cambridge life.
Where disabled people come up against a difficulty, or need information or support, we are here to assist you. We hope we can get you to the right service or the right organisation as quickly as possible.
