The Council is committed to reviewing its services, challenging the way that services are delivered, comparing service performance against that of other providers, consulting service users and stakeholders, and producing a plan for delivering an improved service.

Best Value Performance Plan
The plan shows how the Council is progressing against its Medium Term Objectives and some locally determined performance indicators. The plan also includes information on a number of national measures of our performance called Best Value Performance Indicators (BVPI's).
