Consultation and feedback

Finding out what local people think about our services

consultation and feedback

The Council wants to deliver high quality services in a fair and equal way to all sections of the community.

To help achieve this the Council has carried out extensive consultations to find out

  • what local people think about its services,
  • how they can be improved and
  • what views they have on the future use of resources in the City.

In this section you can find out what residents and City Council Staff have told us about subjects ranging through Spending Priorities · Quality of Life · Equalities · Contact with Customers · Democracy · Parks and Open Spaces in the City · Surveys
