Cambridge City Council is responsible for taxi licensing. Otherwise, taxi matters are generally the responsibility of Cambridgeshire County Council.
Taxis for disabled people
Over half of the taxis licensed by Cambridge City Council are wheelchair accessible. As well as servicing the city centre taxi ranks, many of them take booked work from private hire companies including:
