The Queen Anne Terrace multi-storey car park has 595 spaces and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

There are 20 Blue Badge spaces, 26 parent-and-child bays, 12 free motorcycle bays and two Streetcar bays. A height restriction of 2.1 metres (7 feet) applies.

It is one of two car parks in Cambridge equipped with recharging points for electric cars. For more information go to electric car recharging.

The car park is on Gonville Place, next to Parker's Piece; the postcode is CB1 1ND. You can find it on our car parks map or see a printable version on Google Maps.

The county council’s car park map shows the number of currently available spaces.

Just over half a mile to the city centre, the car park overlooks Parker's Piece. It is most convenient for the Parkside swimming pools, Kelsey Kerridge sports centre and Fenner's cricket ground.

Avoid the queue with pre-paid tickets

If you are parking after 5pm you can pay for your ticket when you park and avoid having to queue when you return to your vehicle; definitely something to consider if you are travelling home from a busy night out.

Take your ticket to the nearest machine, insert your ticket and follow the on screen instructions on the touch-screen monitor.
