Some disabled people and anyone living on their own can get a reduction in Council Tax. Residents on a low income may be eligible for Housing and Council Tax Benefits.
Benefits are dealt with by Revenue Services where there are private rooms for interviews and an induction loop system. If you are not able to come to the office, an officer can visit you in your home to give advice or help you to fill in forms.
