Sheep's Green learner pool

The Sheep's Green learner pool will be open this year from Bank Holiday Monday 26 May until 16 September.

Opening hours are 10am to 5.30pm, Monday to Sunday.

The pool is free to enter for everyone, but as it is only 0.9m deep throughout usage is aimed primarily at families and children under 12 years old.

For your safety, a fully-qualified lifeguard is in attendance throughout the opening hours.

Male and female changing rooms are available on-site, and there are modern toilet facilities, a refreshment kiosk and a play area with a large paddling pool in the nearby Lammas Land park.

Access

There is easy road and path access to the pool for wheelchair users. The nearby toilets have also recently been refurbished and are now fully accessible.

Getting to the pool

The nearest bus stops are on Barton Road; services that stop there include 18/18A and Whippet 75.

The Lammas Land car park is free, and access gates are open from 10am each morning.
