Rubbish and recycling collections for the bank holiday week beginning May 26th will be a day later than usual.
People who would normally have their bins and boxes emptied on Monday 26th will have them emptied on Tuesday 27th, with all other collections for the week one day late. Friday’s collection will take place on Saturday 31st.
June 2nd marks the beginning of Recycle Week. This is the national campaign to get everyone recycling as much as possible, so it's even more important to remember to put your recycling out for collection on the right day.
