Are you a noisy neighbour? Pipe down and win an MP3 player!

News release from 15 May 2008

Cambridge City Council's Environmental Protection Team will be giving away a 1Gb Sony MP3 player to one lucky visitor who can identify a 'mystery noise' at a Noise Action Day next week.

The competition is part of Noise Action Week, a national initiative which raises awareness of the problems caused by neighbour noise, as well as the solutions available to tackle it.

"If you have noisy neighbours this is a good opportunity to come and find out what the Council and other organisations can do to help" says Technical Officer Ben Walther.

The Noise Action Days will be held on May 20 at City Homes South offices (89 Cherry Hinton Road) and May 22 at City Homes North offices (171 Arbury Road).
