Please include your name, address, telephone number and details of the problem.
If the problem is about antisocial behaviour, please contact the police.

It is helpful if you can give us as many details about the problem as possible, including:
- the name of the park or open space
- a brief description of problem
- a more specific location in the park or space (for example 'in play area', 'on sports pitch', 'seat nearest pavilion', 'bin nearest car park')
- whether there is an immediate risk to public safety - this may be syringes or broken glass for example
