Buskers and Street Performers Festival

Diverse entertainment and music in the city centre

Buskers and Street Performers Festival

The Buskers and Street Performers Festival celebrates the street performance talent and culture we have in the city centre.

Street performers from all over the region and beyond take part, performing a diverse range of music and dance throughout the city centre, Christ’s Pieces and Hope Street Yard.

The festival also aims to increase the busking community's awareness of the need to follow the Street Performers' Code of Practice.

2011 festival

The fourth annual Buskers and Street Performers Festival took place from Thursday 30 June to Saturday 2 July 2011.
