Tea dances

Various dates, 1–4pm at the Guildhall

Dance the afternoon away with good friends and wonderful music from Leigh Murfit, David Last and Bob Watts.

Cambridgeshire Film Consortium lunchtime archive shows

Tickets cost £4.50 (£3.60 for senior citizens) including a tea or coffee. Tickets are available from the Arts Picturehouse box office (telephone 0871 902 5720) one week before each screening.

Private tour of Ingatestone Hall, Essex

Thursday 1 March 2012, from 11.45am

Ingatestone Hall stands in open countryside; the guided tour takes you through the original Tudor form and appearance with its mullioned windows, high chimneys, crow-step gables and oak-panelled rooms and is surrounded by ten acres of enclosed gardens.

The coach departs leaves Peas Hill at 11.45am and returns at approximately 5.30pm. Tickets cost £15, including afternoon tea.

The Norfolk retreat of Her Majesty The Queen, neither a palace nor a castle, Sandringham is a country house with an atmosphere of welcome. There are the house, museum, church and gardens to explore within a relaxed informal and interesting tour. Further details to be confirmed.

Cambridgeshire Older People's Enterprise (Cope) is a non-party political lobby group run for and by Cambridgeshire residents aged 50 and over. Membership is free.
