You can let out your flat and become a landlord, as long as you let us know about it.
You must keep us up to date on all the details and any changes to those details. You must make sure your tenants keep to the conditions of the lease, as you are responsible for their actions.
You will remain responsible for the payment of service charges and ground rent.
If you are, or intend to sublet your property, you need to complete a sub-let registration form.
There is a fee payable to register your sub-let, which is currently £50. Please send your payment along with the sub-let registration form to Leasehold Services, City Homes North, 171 Arbury Road, Cambridge CB4 2YG.
Please note, there is no additional fee payable for change of your correspondence address or sub-tenants' details.
