The Your Home, Your Say tenant compact sets out the range of ways that residents can get involved in the running of their housing service
Whether you want to simply send us a message from the comfort of your home or you'd like to sit on the housing management board - we can help you have your say.
Our compact has been produced by tenant volunteers, councilors and housing staff who have worked out the best ways for tenants to be at the heart of the decision making process that affects their homes and communities.
The Your Home, Your Say tenant compact sets out:
- how you can have your say in a way that suits you
- how to get your voice heard in a way that leads toreal improvements in your housing
- the range of funding and training available to support your local projects
- how the housing service celebrates the diversity of the Cambridge housing community
- our guarantees to you on the standard of service you can expect from the resident involvement service
