Open Door is our quarterly magazine for all of the council's tenants and leaseholders.
We use surveys in the magazine to find out what you think about important parts of the service such as repairs, the environment and anti-social behaviour issues.
It is also a great way of letting you know about any changes to the services we provide.
A panel of tenant representatives help oversee the production of Open Door, which often features letters, interviews and articles by other residents.
Each edition shows you what residents had to say in response to the postal survey in the previous edition.
