You can now recycle your paper-based drink and liquid food cartons, such as those made by Tetra Pak, at various points in the city. This is a trial scheme which we are running in partnership with Tetra Pak Ltd. We hope that banks can be provided at more recycling points in the future.
Carton collection banks can be found at:
- Sainsbury's, Brooks Road
- Tesco, off Newmarket Road
- The Beehive Centre, Coldhams Lane - near Maplins
- Waitrose, Hauxton Road
- Focus Do-It-All, Tenison Road
- The Ship pub car park, Northfields Avenue
- Cherry Hinton Hall car park

Please rinse cartons and squash flat to save space in the collection banks. If the banks are full, please notify us by contacting the customer services team. Please do not leave bags of cartons by the side of the bins.
