We are able to collect many bulky items of waste, however there is a charge for this service. To request this service please contact our customer service team.
If you would prefer not to pay for the removal of bulky items you can take them to the recycling centre at Butt Lane in Milton.
Charges
The charge for collecting bulky waste depends on how many items there are. As an example, a bed and a mattress would be counted as two items. Please note that these prices do not apply to hazardous waste.

Fridges and freezers
We are able to dispose of domestic fridges and freezers for a charge of £20 per item. This service is only available on Fridays. Unfortunately, we are unable to collect industrial fridges and freezers from businesses.
There is a charge for removing domestic fridges because of the extra cost in disposing of CFCs and extra safety measures that have to be taken while handling them. If you would prefer, you may take them for disposal free of charge to the recycling centre at Butt Lane in Milton.
Skips
We are unable to provide skips, but can provide large link tips which we will deliver and remove for a charge of £150. These measure 13 cubic metres.
Cardboard
We offer a chargeable service for removing large amounts of cardboard. This can either be arranged as either a one-off or regular collection. Please note that the cardboard must be flattened and put into collectable bundles.
Bulky garden waste
We can remove bulky garden waste provided that it is bundled up in bags, boxes or tied up with string. The charge for this service depends on the amount and type of items. Please contact us for further details and to arrange a collection.
