Our closed-circuit television (CCTV) system is designed to make Cambridge a safer and more welcoming place at any time of the day or night.
The system was launched in 1997 with 31 cameras in and around the city centre.
Today there are 157 cameras in the system covering Cambridge. They are operated from the Guildhall in Market Square.
We also manage the CCTV systems in Soham and Ely.
