The overarching purpose of this partnership is to ensure that different local agencies work together effectively to improve the health and wellbeing of Cambridgeshire residents and to improve outcomes for adults with health and care needs.

The Community Wellbeing Partnership is supported by two officer groups:

  • The Health and Wellbeing Officer Group (covering JSNA, health inequalities, LAA "public health targets, and the preventative agenda for adult care including "Putting People First") and
  • The Supporting People Commissioning Group (leading the commissioning of support for vulnerable people in housing).
