Each year we publish a review of what we have achieved over the past 12 months to challenge discrimination and promote equal opportunity in all aspects of our work.
The Annual Equalities Review 2012 also includes a profile of the residents of Cambridge, information about what we do to understand and respond to the needs of our diverse community, and details about how we support our diverse workforce.
Every six months we publish our Equality in Employment Workforce Report, which provides detailed information about the makeup of our workforce.
