Providing a range of services to help the council achieve its objectives

The Corporate Strategy team provides a range of services to help ensure the council achieves its objectives, working closely with colleagues across all departments, elected members and partner organisations.

The team works together to support councillors' and senior managers' ambitions to develop a more efficient and effective council, that thinks, acts and feels like "One Council", both to those of us working here and to the citizens and communities we serve.
