Our customer service centre at Mandela House is open from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Our team is trained to help with a wide range of enquiries, serving customers face-to-face, by phone and online.

Not all of our services have been moved to the new centre yet; the rest will do so over the next 18 months.

This will make it easier for customers who will be able to access more services in one place.
