The Pavilion was built in 2003, replacing what was the Arbury Adventure Playground and portacabins that were used as football changing rooms.
Due to the previous nature of the site there is an emphasis on activities for children - not only is there a large play area adjacent to the building, but staff from the Council’s Children & Young People’s Participation Service (Chypps) are based there running play sessions.
Access information
- There is no vehicular access to the pavilion - limited car parking is available in nearby streets, e.g. Wagstaff Close, Lawrence Way and Kirkwood Road
- Paths from each of these areas lead to the Pavilion
- Level access
- Disabled toilet
- Induction loop
Meeting Rooms
The pavilion has a main meeting / activity room, kitchen area and office accommodation. Changing rooms at the opposite end of the pavilion can cater for up to four football teams and offi cials.
Regular Activities
The Chypps Team run a variety of after school and holiday activities. The facilities are also hired to football clubs and other regular groups and organisations.
Other Information
