No. 37 is a community house off Campkin Road in Kings Hedges. The house managed on a day-to-day basis by the Kings Hedges Neighbourhood Partnership with support from the Community Development Service. The house is a base for the partnership and a number of local projects.

Meeting Rooms
The house has a small counselling room and one larger meeting space for up to 20 people, which can be divided into 2 smaller meeting spaces. There is a garden area which can be used for outdoor events in warm weather.
Kitchen Facilities
There is a small kitchen on the ground fl oor with fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities.
Regular Activities
There is a programme of regular activities at the centre including a counselling service. The Partnership runs a number of events from the house including an Easter egg hunt, teddy bears picnic, and supports the Ambabys group to run family trips during the holidays.
