The centre is managed on a day-to-day basis by the King's Hedges Neighbourhood Partnership with support from council staff.

Facilities
The house has a small counselling room and one larger meeting space for up to 20 people, which can be divided into two smaller meeting spaces. There is a garden area which can be used for outdoor events in warm weather.
There is a small kitchen on the ground floor with fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities.
Disabled access
Disabled parking bays can be found in front of the nearby Campkin Road shops.
There is ramped access to the front entrance and a stair lift to the upper floor.
A disabled toilet is available on the ground floor.
There is an induction loop in the upper meeting rooms and braille signage throughout the building.
