Bling Ya Ting talent show

A showcase event uniting local talent with a focus on urban and world themes

Bling Ya Ting

Kyan Kuatois, winner of Bling Ya Ting 2010, went on to reach the semi-finals of Sky 1's Must be the Music talent contest

The 2011 show was a success, with over 900 participants (performers and audience) and a judge from a major arts-management agency.

The event was run in conjuction with Cultural Arts United, a Cambridge-based social enterprise initiative.

We hope to run the talent show again later in 2012.

Aims

The aim of the talent show is to bring together different ethnic backgrounds, ages, faiths, and people from rural and urban areas.

The show will unite, discover, develop and showcase local talent with a focus on urban and world themes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to bring people from different backgrounds together to celebrate the diversity of Cambridge.
