Trading standards is a service provided to consumers and businesses by Cambridgeshire County Council.
They also have a general consumer information and advice section.
If they suspect that fair trading laws have been broken they can investigate and, if necessary, take action.
The Ask Cedric website has been created to help answer both businesses and consumers questions relating to trading standards regulations.
