We will work with you to achieve the best service possible.

Where we enter into a long-term relationship with you we expect to work together to achieve a continuously improving service for the council and our service users.

We will monitor your performance against what you have said you will do, against any key performance indicators (that have been specified by us and agreed with you) and for compliance with health and safety, equalities, environmental and other strategies, policies and rules.

In turn we will do our part and if you think that we are falling short of what we have agreed to do then you must tell us.
