The temperature-controlled offices share the use of several toilets, a kitchen and a conference room.
Tenants are mainly small businesses covering a range of activities such as software development, recruitment, printing and design.

Offices are let for a period of three years in accordance with the terms of our office suites lease.
Services provided by the site operators include:
- staffed reception from 9am-5pm every weekday, excluding bank holidays and public holidays
- booking the conference room
- photocopying, word processing and fax facilities
- sorting incoming post and collating and franking outgoing post
