A discount of 10% is available on a second home - a furnished property which is nobody's sole or main residence.

This 10% discount can also apply to an unoccupied furnished property owned by a landlord, during periods when there is no tenancy agreement in place.

If the second home is specifically job-related (for example, when caretaker is required to live on the premises) then a discount of 50% can be applied for.
